Welcome IQ Products’ or its affiliated website (collectively referred to herein as “IQ”). This Privacy Policy applies to www.iqproducts.nl, www.pregnostic.nl and www.pregnostic.com and all content therein (collectively, the “Website”). By visiting and using the Website, you agree to this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use.

IQ does not actively collect data by using cookies (or other tools) via the Website. The only data that might be submitted to IQ is data that you actively provide by completing the electronic form on the Website or by otherwise contacting IQ. Such information may include your name, job title, institute, the institutes’ address and phone number and your email address. This data will be used to contact you or sending you the information requested and will be stored in FileMaker software. This data might be shared with the distributor (a third party) responsible for the geographical area you are located. We do not share or sell your personal data with any other third party.

Additionally, to be able to improve the website, certain other data may be automatically collected as you navigate the Website. This information might include your IP (internet protocol) address and usage details. We will not be able to connect these data to any personal data other than the IP address. Occasionally the Website includes links to non-IQ websites. IQ is not responsible for the policies or content of such other websites. Please realize that some third party sites, like Google Analytics, may track your browsing activities.

This Privacy Policy was last modified on May 23^rd 2018. IQ may revise and update this Privacy Policy from time to time, and any changes are effective immediately upon publication. General Privacy Policy

IQ Products understands that customers care about the use and storage of their personal information and we value their trust in allowing us to do this in a careful and sensible manner. We have created this privacy policy statement in order to demonstrate our commitment to the privacy of our customers.

Personal information is collected and stored by IQ Products because of several reasons. Most important is the fact that IQ Products needs details to be able to fulfil orders of the customers and to be able to contact the customer to monitor products performance, for instance in light of the ISO 13485 and European Directive. By contacting IQ Products via our websites, our social media pages, our telephone line, our logistics or technical departments and any other IQ Products services, you are acknowledging that we are processing your personal information and, where necessary consenting to such practices, as outlined in this statement.

Personal information

We collect personal information about you (and others if their personal information is provided by you) when you:

(a) ask for information concerning or order one of our products;

(b) request a Product Portfolio flyer or other product related information;

(d) post material to one of our social media pages;

(e) complete customer feedback or surveys as our post-marketing campaigns;

(f) register at our booth with a request for more information during a (scientific) meeting;

(g) raise a complaint or ask for help concerning one of our products or services;

(h) speak to one of our representatives or members of our customer services or PR team;

(k) participate in competitions or promotions;

(l) and / or use our website and customer applications in any other way.

The personal information collected in the above manner may include the following about you:

(b) function and area of interest

(d) email address;

(e) telephone number of the institute;

(f) questions, complaints, requests or other contact we had in the past and their resolutions

(g) orders you placed with us in the past

This data will be stored in FileMaker and EXACT software. This data might be shared with the distributor responsible for the geographical area you are located (a third party). We do not share or sell your personal data with any other third party. Your data is currently present in the European Economic Area. We may need to transfer your personal information to support our partner (Distributor), which is located outside the European Economic Area, to support your questions, requests and orders.

We will remove your data from our systems at the end of the applicable data retention periods, unless we are required by current or future law to retain your personal information for a longer period.

Marketing

In both our interest IQ Products periodically send promotional material to you about new products, special offers or other information, which we think you may find interesting based on the information about you to the email addresses, which you have provided. The information we have of you is supplied by you during a (scientific) meeting, an order, feedback via the mail or our website. Please note that we do not want to send you information that you do not want to receive and you can opt out at any time by using the link at the bottom of our NEWS@IQ newsletter, replying to any unwanted mail or by mail to marketing @ iqproducts.nl.

IQ Products does not actively collect data by using cookies (or other tools) via the Website. The only data that might be submitted to by visiting IQ Products’ website is data that you actively provide by completing the electronic form on the Website or by otherwise contacting IQ Products.

Your rights

You may always opt out of email communications at any time by clicking the ” Unsubscribe / change subscription ” link found at the bottom of all newsletter emails sent by IQ. Upon request, you may obtain a copy of the information IQ has from you or request the correction or deletion of such data. Please contact marketing @ iqproducts.nl . Please be aware that we are not able to delete information connected to orders, specifically those of IVD registered products, because of the applicable local directives in relation to support and necessary recalls.
